It's PANABLOG week!

Happy PANABLOG week! Hard to believe it's finally here. Preparations are well underway. Animals are being slaughtered as we speak, and the bocce balls are getting a fresh coat of wax. It's going to be pantastic!

Many of you should have received an email reminder this morning. If you did not, it's probably because you're not invited and/or I don't have your email address. I know that doesn't make you feel any better, but it's the truth.

We are fitting a ton of activity into PANABLOG 08, so it will be very important that everyone adhere to the following itinerary. Failure to do so will result in your expulsion and the repossession of your official t-shirt. We don't want it to go down like that, so don't even test us.

PANABLOG 08 Itinerary for Saturday, August 10, 2008:

2 PM -- Bocce and Mint Julep Meet-and-Greet begins (optional for the ladies)

3 PM -- Game Changing

4 PM -- Championship Game

4:30 PM -- Game Changing

5 PM -- Awards Ceremony

5:15 - 7 PM -- Nappy and Cleany Time

7 PM -- Cocktail Hour begins

8 PM -- Cocktail Hour ends, inappropriate conversation begins

8:3o PM - 8:30 AM -- Eating, Drinking, and General Friendshipping

All events will be held at Akintown Resort, Spa, Casino & Dairy Farm, located just 38 miles from beautiful Eudora, Kansas. If you have any questions or need directions, please call PANABLOG 08 Event Coordinator, Don Manuel Veracruzes Sabatino Martinez, at 816-260-0601.

I think that guy changed the game right there. Incidentally, I spend most of my workday in the same posture.

Doesn't look like there's much activity on this Fanablog. Oh the humanity! I was expecting twice hourly updates. *sigh*

-Money Never Sleeps

So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds of the air and all the beasts of the field. But for Adam no suitable blog was found. So the Lord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man's ribs and closed up the place with flesh. Then the Lord God made a blog from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought the blog to the man. The man said, "This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; it shall be called 'Panablog,' for it was taken out of Panama."
